Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. However, on the job training will be a part of this role regardless of prior skill level. As we continue to grow and achieve, so will you - both personally and financially.Job Duties<ul><li>Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns</li><li>Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular checks and minor repairs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks.Requirements</li><li>Proven experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required.</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>A valid driver's license</li></ul>Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while developing your skills in landscape maintenance!Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Opportunities for advancement</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Day shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Milwaukee, WI 53222 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
