Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a solid understanding of food service operations. This role requires a blend of culinary skills, cash handling experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting. If you thrive in a dynamic atmosphere and enjoy interacting with customers, we want to hear from you!Duties<ul><li>Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously.</li><li>Take customer orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.</li><li>Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.</li><li>Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation areas.</li><li>Buss tables promptly to ensure a clean environment for guests.</li><li>Assist with inventory management and stock supplies as needed.</li><li>Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all customers.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in quick service or fast food environments.</li><li>Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.</li><li>Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.</li><li>Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.</li><li>Culinary experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is essential.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.</li><li>Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
