Creamland has immediate job openings for dependable CDL-A delivery truck drivers to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently and manually unload/deliver various dairy products to customer locations. Relief drivers cover any routes necessary due to the regularly assigned driver not being available, such as paid time off. Our drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

OUR TRUCK DRIVERS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:

<li>$28.80</li>
<li>Overnight routes include an overnight premium, meal allowance and company-paid lodging</li>
</ul>
SCHEDULE: Varies based on route: starts Sundays at 10 pm. Monday to Friday start times between 2 am and 5am until route completion.

High School Diploma or equivalent

. 2 or more years of experience driving a tractor trailer, straight truck, or doubles trailer, within the last 5 years preferred

. Must meet minimum age requirements

. Must meet DFA requirements for Motor Vehicle Records

. Must meet all DOT requirements

. Certification and/or License &ndash; valid Class A CDL; some drivers may be required to have a doubles endorsement; license or operator's permit for at least the three years immediately prior to application

Knowledge of DOT procedures, rules, and requirements

. Skill in proficient computer usage

. Skill with math for calculating load size and recording accurate volume/weight measurements

. Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

. Able to contribute to the positive performance behaviors through personal example

. Able to be proactive in seeking solutions and taking appropriate steps to solve problems

. Able to work in collaboration effectively and foster good teamwork

. Able to be punctual, follow directions, and meet deadlines

$24.02 per hour

Relief Class A CDL Route Driver

<div><ul><li>Perform daily and ad-hoc tasks of a standard to moderately difficult nature, including high-level administrative tasks, customer service, purchasing, reporting, and supporting daily operational activities</li>
<li>Provide support in tracking and maintaining vehicle records by working with supervisors (e.g., overweight permits, fuel cards, vehicle registrations, inspections)</li>
<li>Review order forms for proper coding, quantities requested, and authorized approvals</li>
<li>Process orders, prepare packing lists, package outgoing materials, take care of shipping logistics, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of incoming and outgoing orders. Track shipment details, locations, and estimated time of arrivals</li>
<li>Prepare purchase orders. Order shipping materials and supplies, track and maintain supply inventory, and process reports addressing inventory levels and needs</li>
<li>Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders</li>
<li>Update information on the system or in files to maintain records</li>
<li>Produce standard reports</li>
<li>Assist with miscellaneous intercompany and vendor billing; troubleshoot and resolve basic issues; and complete, verify, review, and reconcile paperwork and documentation</li>

$21.00 per hour
