We are looking for a creative graphic designer to join our team and bring visual ideas to life. You will work on a variety of projects, from digital campaigns to print materials, helping us communicate our brand message effectively across multiple channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and Creative DevelopmentDesign marketing materials across multiple channels including social media graphics, email campaigns, website assets, and print collateral. Create presentations, infographics, and other visual content to support internal and external communications.Collaboration and ExecutionWork closely with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that align with our brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Help maintain and evolve our visual identity system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.Project ManagementManage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards. Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.Required QualificationsExperience: 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating your range and creativity across multiple mediums.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Familiarity with Figma or other digital design tools is a plus.Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and current design trends.Work Style: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Receptive to feedback and willing to iterate on designs.Communication: Strong communication skills to present ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience with motion graphics or basic video editing, knowledge of HTML/CSS, illustration skills, and familiarity with brand strategy or marketing principles are all valued additions to your skill set.Video EditorAbout the RoleWe&amp;#x2019;re seeking a skilled video editor to transform raw footage into compelling visual stories. You&amp;#x2019;ll work across various video formats and platforms, creating content that engages our audience and supports our marketing goals.Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production and EditingEdit video content for social media, YouTube, website, and advertising campaigns, working from concept through final delivery. This includes cutting footage, adding graphics and text overlays, color grading, and audio mixing.Collaboration and Creative DevelopmentWork with content creators, marketers, and other team members to understand project goals and execute their vision. Ensure brand consistency across all video content and maintain our visual standards.Content Optimisation and ManagementOptimize videos for different platforms, understanding the technical requirements and best practices for each. Manage video assets and project files efficiently. Stay current with video trends and editing techniques.Required QualificationsExperience: 2-3 years of professional video editing experience with a portfolio or reel showcasing your work across different styles and formats.Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is required.Creative Skills: Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition. Experience in color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics basics.Work Style: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
