Job Opening: CMS Website Designer &amp; DeveloperLocation: Panchkula Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 2&ndash;5 yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented CMS Website Designer &amp; Developer to design, build, and maintain modern, responsive websites across multiple platforms, including WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and other content management systems. The ideal candidate should be able to combine technical expertise with strong design sensibility to deliver visually appealing and high-performing websites.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and develop websites using CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.).</li><li>Customize existing themes, templates, and plugins to match client requirements.</li><li>Create responsive, mobile-friendly layouts with strong attention to UX/UI.</li><li>Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and accessibility.</li><li>Troubleshoot and fix website errors, layout issues, and plugin conflicts.</li><li>Maintain and update websites regularly, ensuring smooth functionality.</li><li>Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest CMS trends, tools, and best practices.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>2+ years of professional experience in website design and development.</li><li>Strong knowledge of WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace.</li><li>Experience with theme customization, plugin configuration, and page builders (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, etc.).</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.</li><li>Familiarity with website hosting, domains, and migration processes.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices and site speed optimization.</li><li>Strong eye for design, typography, and layout.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with Adobe XD, Figma, or Canva for design mockups.</li><li>Understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and tracking setup.</li><li>Prior experience working in an agency.</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Opportunity to work on diverse projects across industries.</li><li>Collaborative, creative, and supportive team culture.</li><li>Continuous learning and growth opportunities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
