The Role
CAA seeks a Graphic Designer for our in-house Creative Services department. In this role, they will work directly with the Project Manager and report to the executive lead of the Creative Services Design team, both in Los Angeles. They will research, conceptualize, design, and produce outstanding creative on a wide range of projects including presentation decks, intranet materials, movie screening, party and event invitations, websites, video graphics, ads, logos, branded materials, collateral and foundation designs, Outlook email graphics and email templates for department newsletters (internal and external). The Graphic Designer is also a key part of the team who will design and produce monthly Agency staff meetings, yearly Retreats and special events. They will also work on special projects for the Agency and our clients.
Responsibilities
<ul><li>Use creative judgement to execute designs with the content and materials provided to highlight the project in the best way possible
</li><li>Work within brand and style guidelines as well as ensure brand consistency for internal and external communications
</li><li>Review project scopes, materials, links and copy thoroughly with the Project Manager to execute a plan for final materials to be used as a tool to secure business opportunities for clients, colleagues and the agency as a whole
</li><li>Conceptualize and pitch original ideas to enhance presentations and improve visuals
</li><li>Responsible for managing individual workload, milestones, deadlines, and asking imperative questions needed to bring projects from concept to completion in partnership with the Project Manager
</li><li>Receive, digest, and incorporate mood boards, sketches, and direction from the Senior Art Director for certain high-level projects
</li><li>Incorporate notes from multiple stakeholders, department heads, executives, and clients on a range of projects
</li><li>Source photography, illustrations, vectors, patterns, typefaces, and textures via stock resources and other visual content source hubs to incorporate into designs to elevate and give a unique spin to projects
</li><li>Use Photoshop to enhance images and logos by correcting resolution, composition, cropping, adjusting tone, saturation, brightness, and adding or removing objects and text
</li><li>Use InDesign to lay out master spreads, slides, and spreads for digital and printed materials
</li><li>Use Illustrator to create custom vector graphics such as logo designs and illustrations
</li><li>Brainstorm with creative team on upcoming projects and future opportunities
</li><li>Bring a unique point of view, style, creative niche, skillsets, and education to each project
</li><li>Responsible for sharing specific high-level projects, developing a rapport, and communicating design choices and direction, with colleagues
</li><li>Deliver high-quality design work across digital and print formats (branding, marketing collateral, presentations, campaigns, etc.)
</li><li>Maintain and evolve brand standards while adapting design solutions to different client and project needs
</li><li>Collaborate with global team members to translate creative briefs into polished deliverables.
</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for local clients and partners, representing the Creative Services design department with professionalism and creativity
</li><li>Build trust-based relationships by understanding client needs, communicating effectively, and ensuring project alignment
</li><li>Present creative work clearly and confidently to non-design audiences
</li><li>Serve as the on-the-ground representative of the Creative Services design team in the satellite office
</li><li>Collaborate across departments and time zones, ensuring information flows smoothly between the main office and local stakeholders
</li><li>Support project coordination and ensure deadlines are met despite time zone differences
</li><li>Experience in a client-facing or account management role
</li><li>Background in working remotely or across distributed teams
</li></ul>Qualifications
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic arts, fine arts, visual arts, media or a relevant experience
</li><li>2+ years of professional experience working in a fast-paced environment as part of a creative team
</li><li>Stellar portfolio showcasing past work
</li><li>Understanding of core design principals and proven exceptional taste level through collaboration with other designers in developing a corporate style guide and recreating templates for branded work
</li><li>Excellent communication skills including the ability to articulate visioning, creative concepts, and rationale for design decisions
</li><li>Working knowledge of collaborative design tool platforms (Figma, Miro) and templated design platforms (Campaign Monitor, Stripo, Wordpress, Canva).
</li><li>Ability to design elevated branding for internal materials and client projects
</li><li>Highly proficient on Mac
</li><li>Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and an understanding of new technologies and ways to harness them for our work
</li><li>Mastery of Keynote and PowerPoint

This person will be based in the Nashville office.
Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $67,000 - $74,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria. THE ROLE:
We are hiring an experienced Account Manager to join our award-winning team and drive the account management of our existing client portfolio as well as help in developing additional business in the Kingdom. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am &ndash; 6pm (including 1-hour unpaid lunchbreak).
We are seeking a capable and confident operator with events/hospitality experience. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate their understanding and capabilities managing 360 sponsorship campaigns across a range of disciplines including rights management, premium hospitality, experiential, thought leadership, grassroots initiatives, digital and content.
Reporting into the Vice President, Brand Consulting based in Singapore and working closely with the Brand Consulting Accounts team, the Account Manager will need to draw upon their knowledge and experience in sports marketing, to help advise and guide the client from partnership strategy to creative and impactful activations. It is critical that the candidate has event management and communications experience, able to manage events from end to end at different locations in KSA and ideally in the wider GCC region. We are looking for someone with a strong existing industry network who can work independently act as the point person of the account on the ground in the Kingdom.
We are looking for someone that can not only demonstrate the requisite organizational skills and attention to detail to manage an account but also has the confidence and passion to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table that will help capture the attention and imagination of the different target audiences. The candidate will also support the VP and the wider network in developing new business in the Kingdom and the wider region.
Main Responsibilities to include:
<ul><li>Assisting the VP and wider team with day-to-day operations in KSA and the Middle East
</li><li>Support VP in developing new business leads - attend face to face meetings in KSA on behalf of the CAA Brand Consulting team
</li><li>Work closely with CAA Portas to help the wider Brand Consulting team to grow the industry network
</li><li>Main client liaison in KSA, domestic travel be required on a regular basis to facilitate face to face meetings
</li><li>Effective management of sponsorship rights ensuring they are fully delivered, activated, and measured
</li><li>Event management and hospitality logistics including temporary builds, talent appearances, internal engagement, grassroots activities, VIP customer experiences and ticket management
</li><li>Account administration, budget tracking and client reporting
</li><li>Work with the corporate comms team of the client on press releases and media outreach
</li><li>Work closely with the rightsholder&rsquo;s commercial agency to align on ongoing projects
</li><li>Key supplier liaison for all KSA based activations
</li><li>Monitoring latest trends in sport, digital and technology
</li><li>International travel to deliver in-market guest programmes, including to host and manage senior level guest logistics (as required)
</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
<ul><li>Must have at least 6+ years of agency or in-house Sports Marketing experience
</li><li>KSA on-ground experience is essential, must be fluent in Arabic and English
</li><li>Extensive experience managing complex events with international high value guests
</li><li>Strong vendor network in KSA and ideally in the wider GCC region to bring event experiences to life
</li><li>Experience in communications is preferable including the ability to develop communication plans and drive media outreach in the Kingdom
</li><li>A general understanding of campaign planning, asset development and amplification are crucial
</li><li>An understanding of the protocol for the Royal court of Saudi Arabia is critical
</li><li>Business development experience beneficial
</li><li>People management experience is a plus but not essential
</li><li>Team player with a can-do attitude who is willing to work autonomously as this role will be the first Brand Consulting resource in KSA
</li><li>Ability to work across different time zones
</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and best in class client servicing, account handling and project management
