This is a critical leadership role designed for a professional who masters the complexities of the UAE and KSA landscapes, ensuring that every activation from concept to strike is a benchmark of operational excellence.The Role:We bridge the gap between ambitious creative vision and technical reality. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of high-stakes productions, ensuring that our cross-border operations are compliant, efficient, and flawlessly executed. You will serve as the strategic link between our creative teams, regional vendors, and government stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Strategic Execution: Lead the full production lifecycle for large-scale events, brand activations, and complex advertising builds across the UAE and KSA.</li></ul><ul><li>Technical Translation: Convert high-level creative briefs into rigorous production blueprints, encompassing precise timelines, detailed cost-engineering, and technical specifications.</li></ul><ul><li>Supply Chain Leadership: Direct vendor sourcing and negotiations, maintaining a gold-standard network of partners while ensuring strict adherence to local municipality regulations and venue protocols.</li></ul><ul><li>Quality &amp; Safety Oversight: Supervise fabrication, AV integration, and structural staging with an uncompromising focus on international safety standards and premium finishing.</li></ul><ul><li>Operational Readiness: Conduct comprehensive site inspections and technical risk assessments to mitigate challenges before they reach the field.</li></ul><ul><li>Cross-Functional Synergy: Work in tandem with the accounts and creative departments to ensure production output remains 100% aligned with brand intent and client expectations.</li></ul><ul><li>Documentation &amp; Reporting: Deliver meticulous production schedules, budget reconciliations, and post-event analytical reports to maintain full transparency.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven Regional Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of senior-level event production experience within the GCC, with a mandatory portfolio of work in both the UAE and KSA.</li></ul><ul><li>Established Network: A robust, pre-existing database of premium vendors across fabrication, high-end AV, and specialized technical services in the region.</li></ul><ul><li>Project Governance: The ability to manage a diverse portfolio of concurrent projects with high accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.</li></ul><ul><li>Mobility: Full flexibility to travel frequently between Dubai and Riyadh to oversee key project milestones.</li></ul><ul><li>Communication: Exceptional command of English; Arabic proficiency is considered a significant strategic asset.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
