We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design engaging graphics, illustrations, banners, social media creatives, and marketing materials.</li><li>Develop branding elements including logos, icons, and visual assets.</li><li>Edit, retouch, and enhance product images and campaign visuals.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and content team to deliver creative concepts.</li><li>Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and project requirements.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and software updates.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (mandatory).</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects.</li><li>Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong creative thinking skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our retail store team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive shopping experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide detailed product information and support customers in their purchase decisions</li><li>Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the retail outlet in a courteous and friendly manner</li><li>Handle billing and after-sales service efficiently and accurately&bull;</li><li>Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, including maintaining stock , store hygiene, and visual merchandising</li><li>Address customer queries and ensure timely escalation of unresolved issues</li><li>Coordinate with schools for specific requirements, order updates, and product-related communication as needed</li><li>Support in packaging, dispatch, and other store-related logistics during peak seasons</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach</li><li>Experience Required: 1&ndash;2 years in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in textiles, garments, or clothing-related stores</li><li>Pleasant personality and ability to handle customers across different age groups</li><li>Basic knowledge of computer operations and billing software&bull; A cooperative team player who is dependable, proactive, and flexible</li><li>Ability to multitask and assist in both front-end and back-end store activities</li><li>Prior experience in handling school-related customer service is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
