Creative Brands widened their scope and expanded their vision into automotive, office, travel, outdoor recreation, hydration &amp; cooling categories, among others.Combining their products with well-known &amp; trusted licensed brand names, today Creative Brands is recognized as one of the leading developers, manufacturers and distributors of solution-based innovative products, sold in most major retailers, wholesale clubs and Ecom sites worldwide!!!We are looking for an energetic, creative, articulate, and motivated Packaging &amp; Product Graphic Designers to create clean yet compelling designs for product, packaging and support of sales activities of our growing team.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Design of packaging in multiple formats - labels, sleeves, boxes etc. including die line manipulation</li><li>Brand ideation and logo development</li><li>Research and identify new market trends and niches</li><li>Cultivate ideas and inspiration to drive product development</li><li>Maintain product databases and sell sheets to reflect most current line assortments</li><li>Support sales efforts with support collateral - slides, reports, story boards, merchandising plans, etc. - for presentation to key account decision makers including buyers, DMMs and retail execs</li><li>Plan and execute product presentations agendas for key accounts</li><li>Attend and contribute in sales meetings. Develop graphic design action plans based on meeting minutes</li><li>Develop and execute trade show strategies to best represent our brand and product strategy including assisting in the conception, design and layout of the booth</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or higher</li><li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite,</li><li>2+ years design experience in packaging in consumer hard goods preferable</li><li>Immaculate project management skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal and presentation skills</li><li>Computer proficiency.</li><li>Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team</li><li>Positive &quot;can do&quot; attitude</li><li>Born to multi-task</li><li>Appreciates interdisciplinary work</li><li>Prefers to ask &quot;Why Not?&quot; than &quot;Why?&quot;</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>packaging design: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Brooklyn, NY 11204 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Brooklyn, NY 11204: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
