 This role is onsite Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Suwanee, GA. Work from home Tuesday and Friday. This is non-negotiable.
 
 
 
 
 Position Overview
 
 
 
 Our client, a leading CPG company, is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented
 
 Junior Graphic Designer
 
 to join their dynamic marketing team.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conceptualize and execute design of creative materials following the creative direction established by Chief Marketing Director &amp; Creative Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for digital marketing materials such as website designs, email campaigns, social media graphics, and other digital assets for:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monthly promotional sales events: Work with marketing, e-commerce, and creative team to create graphics for multiple monthly promotions for both B2B and D2C channels. The designer ensures every promotion maintains a consistent brand identity while leveraging best practices for layout, typography, and imagery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Product launches and key customer promotions: Support Creative Manager to execute and export designs for brand campaigns and marketing initiatives for new products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Web page designs: Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager and e-commerce team to concept new web page designs and content for website and various online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Faire, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Email design: Build a comprehensive email graphic library to support product education, email flows and campaigns. Develop responsive and user-friendly email templates, craft layouts that drive engagement and conversions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 2 years of professional design experience, preferably within the craft, stationery, or art supplies industries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, layout, and print design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
