 Our client in the education space is looking for a full time Paid Social Manager to join their team! This role manages all paid social campaigns from start to finish across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging platforms. It requires both creative thinking and strong analytical skills, along with experience handling large budgets (50K+ per month). You will work with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to build, optimize, and scale paid social programs that support company growth.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Paid Social Strategy and Execution
 
 
 <ul>

 Own strategy and execution across multiple platforms.

 Build, optimize, and scale campaigns with advanced targeting and testing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage budgets, pacing, and performance tied to acquisition goals.
 </li>

 Creative Collaboration

 Work with creative teams on briefs, feedback, and ongoing asset updates.

 Understand how visuals, messaging, and formats impact results.

 Maintain a consistent creative testing and refresh schedule.

 Analytics and Reporting

 Monitor daily performance using GA4, Tableau, and internal dashboards.

 Strong analytical skills (GA4, Excel, reporting tools)

Paid Social Media Manager

 Agency healthcare client is seeking a Content Writer to work with their team. &nbsp;They're open to working with either one full-time (40 hours/week) contractor or two part-time (20 hours/week) contractors. Fully remote. Candidates must be willing to work EST hours.
 
 
 The ideal candidate for this Content Writer role is a globally minded, highly adaptable communicator with deep experience in international healthcare. They understand how health systems operate across regions especially EMEA and APAC and bring firsthand cultural insight into the audiences they're writing for.
 
 
 Must Have:
 
 -Background in healthcare required
 
 -Strong understanding of how health systems operate globally
 
 -Experience writing for international audiences in EMEA and/or APAC
 
 -Demonstrated ability to adapt writing style based on market, region, and audience needs
 
 -Highly self-sufficient and proactive, with strong research skills
 
 -Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver clear, concise, and easily digestible content
 
 -Experience with both long-form and short-form writing
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 -Write and edit high-quality content for global healthcare audiences, including: digital ads, email campaigns, landing pages, blog posts, social media content, Campaign copy and Long-form pieces such as ebooks
 
 -Adapt messaging and tone for non-U.S. markets, particularly EMEA and APAC regions
 
 -Conduct research to deeply understand the business, audience, and competitive landscape
 
 -Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content meets strategic and stylistic guidelines
 
 -Work within established messaging documents and style guides to maintain consistency.
 
 
 Nice to Have:
 
 -Bilingual or multilingual in Italian, Korean, or Japanese
 
 -Familiarity with Workfront is a plus; comfort using AI writing tools (Jasper, Copilot) is welcomed and supported.
