Social Media Marketing Manager (In-House)Full-Time | On-Site | SuratAbout Us Creative Diam is a pioneer and an established name in the lab grown diamond industry. We&rsquo;re looking for a creative, strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling through content, understands social trends, and can bring a brand to life across platforms.Position OverviewThe Social Media Marketing Manager will own the full social media lifecycle&mdash;from content creation (photo/video) to scheduling, posting, analytics, and overall strategy. You&rsquo;ll work closely with our leadership/marketing team to develop a cohesive online presence and drive audience engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation<ul><li>Capture high-quality photos and videos for social platforms (Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes, product/service features, etc.).</li><li>Edit video and photo content for brand consistency.</li><li>Maintain a consistent visual aesthetic across all platforms.</li></ul>Social Media Strategy &amp; Management<ul><li>Develop and execute monthly content calendars and posting strategies.</li><li>Create engaging copy, captions, and on-brand messaging.</li><li>Manage day-to-day posting across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategy based on insights.</li><li>Stay on top of platform updates, social trends, and emerging opportunities.</li></ul>Brand Development<ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaigns, promotions, and priorities.</li><li>Ensure brand voice and visual identity are consistent across all content.</li><li>Monitor community engagement, respond to comments/messages, and support reputation management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related field.</li><li>Strong photography and videography skills (portfolio required).</li><li>Proficiency with editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Lightroom, Canva, CapCut etc).</li><li>Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, and short-form video trends.</li><li>Strong writing and communication skills.</li><li>Highly organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects at once.</li><li>Experience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Creative freedom and growth potential</li><li>Work in a supportive, collaborative, and fast-paced environment</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your resume, portfolio or sample work (photo/video), and links to your social media projectsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
