We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding. You will play a key role in building a strong workforce that aligns with the company&rsquo;s goals and culture.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.</li><li>Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.</li><li>Source candidates using various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media).</li><li>Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.</li><li>Coordinate and facilitate the interview process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.</li><li>Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.</li><li>Maintain recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems.</li><li>Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.</li><li>Promote the company&rsquo;s employer brand to attract top talent.</li><li>Stay updated on current recruiting trends, tools, and best practices.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to assess candidates&rsquo; skills, experience, and cultural fit.</li><li>Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and professional development.</li><li>A collaborative and supportive work environment.</li><li>Exposure to diverse recruitment projects and industries.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;9,647.28 - &#8377;28,063.58 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
