Job Title: Landscape SupervisorJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to oversee landscape installation and maintenance works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per approved drawings and specifications.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily landscape activities including planting, irrigation, turfing, paving, and softscape/hardscape works.</li><li>Manage and guide site workers, gardeners, and subcontractors.</li><li>Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.</li><li>Monitor irrigation systems installation and maintenance.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients on site progress.</li><li>Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.</li><li>Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.</li><li>Maintain health and safety standards on site.</li><li>Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in landscaping supervision.</li><li>Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and landscape construction.</li><li>Ability to read landscape drawings and BOQs.</li><li>Good leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Knowledge of safety procedures and site coordination.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (preferred).</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma or certification in Landscaping, Horticulture, or Civil works.</li><li>Experience in residential villas, commercial landscapes, or government projects.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
