Electrical Engineer (DEWA Certified)

Creative HMC Interior Design is seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in Dubai. This role involves architectural and interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. Only candidates who are currently in the UAE and available for a face-to-face interview in Dubai will be considered. Online or virtual interviews will not be conducted.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop architectural and interior design concepts</li><li>Prepare concept, detailed, and construction drawings</li><li>Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and related documentation</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors</li><li>Handle authority submissions and approvals (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.)</li><li>Review shop drawings, material submittals, and samples</li><li>Conduct site visits and monitor project progress</li><li>Meet clients and present design proposals professionally</li><li>Ensure quality standards and timely project delivery</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Architecture</li><li>Minimum 3 years of UAE experience (Preferred)</li><li>Must be currently based in the UAE</li><li>Must be available for an in-person interview in Dubai (no online interviews)</li><li>Experience in BOQ preparation </li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE/Dubai building codes and approvals</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Valid UAE driving license </li><li>Good English communication skills (spoken &amp; written)</li><li>Presentable and confident for client-facing meetings</li><li>Experience in interior design and fit-out projects is highly preferred</li></ul>Job Type<ul><li>Full-time | On-site</li></ul>Salary<ul><li>Competitive, based on experience</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your CV and portfolio.
