Come help us create smiles, spark curiosity, and build the foundation for lifelong learning at The L.E.A.F Academy of Spring!What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:● Create and lead fun, educational lesson plans based on Texas Early Learning Guidelines and center-based curriculum.● Supervise a classroom of children, keeping them safe, organized, and engaged.● Build positive relationships with children, parents, and your team.● Track and document children&rsquo;s progress.● Meet with parents to share updates and discuss their child&rsquo;s growth.● Follow state regulations and our center&rsquo;s policies to ensure everything runs smoothly.● Keep the classroom clean, organized, and full of stimulating activities.● Address and manage behavioral issues in a positive, supportive way.● Join in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.What We&rsquo;re Looking For:Education: High school diploma required; CDA, Texas Teacher License, Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus.Experience: 2 years of previous experience in childcare or early education setting is required.Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to get it).
