Job TitlePhotographer / Videographer (Content &amp; Brand Shoots) &ndash; HoustonJob TypeContract / Project-basedLocationHouston, TX (On-site shoots)Pay$50&ndash;$75/hour or per project (based on experience)Job Overview Creative Parlor Agency is seeking a Photographer/Videographer to support content shoots for clients in beauty, hospitality, and lifestyle industries.We are looking for someone who can capture clean, high-quality, brand-elevating visuals not just shoot, but understand composition, lighting, and storytelling.Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring high-quality content aligned with brand standards</li><li>Operate professional camera equipment for filming and photography sessions, including DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and video cameras</li><li>Edit and enhance photos using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and other editing tools to achieve desired artistic effects and color accuracy</li><li>Edit videos with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, incorporating sound design, transitions, and post-production effects to create polished final products</li><li>Manage color management workflows to ensure consistent color grading across all visual content</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials</li><li>Maintain organized digital archives of all visual assets for easy access and future use</li><li>Stay current with industry trends in photography, videography, art direction, and social media management to bring fresh ideas to projects</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in photography and videography with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across different styles and formats</li><li>Own equipment (camera, lenses, lighting)</li><li>Professional and punctual</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro; familiarity with Capture One and Final Cut Pro is a plus</li><li>Solid understanding of color theory and color management principles for consistent image quality</li><li>Knowledge of post-production techniques such as photo manipulation, retouching, and video editing</li><li>Ability to operate professional filming equipment confidently in various environments</li><li>Strong eye for composition, lighting, and detail with an artistic sensibility aligned with brand messaging</li><li>Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines</li><li>Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and articulating creative ideas</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience shooting for brands, restaurants, salons, or events</li><li>Ability to direct talent/models during shoots</li></ul>How to ApplySubmit:<ul><li>Portfolio (photo + video)</li><li>Equipment list</li><li>Availability</li></ul>Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
