We are seeking a full-time, on-site Social Media &amp; LinkedIn Content Manager to manage and grow our LinkedIn presence with a strong focus on lead generation.This role is best suited to someone in a PAVA-type or Social Media Assistant role who is confident managing content independently. The successful candidate will be competent in Canva to produce professional social media designs without needing to rely heavily on designers.A high standard of written and spoken English is essential, as this role involves preparing written content that requires client sign-off. You will be responsible for ensuring that all written, visual, and video content aligns with the agreed content strategy and presents a professional brand image at all times.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role and requires someone who is organised, professional, and confident working in an on-site environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and maintain our LinkedIn profile with the objective of generating leads</li><li>Create, write, and schedule LinkedIn content in line with an agreed strategy</li><li>Produce professional social media designs using Canva</li><li>Coordinate video, image, and text content to ensure consistent messaging</li><li>Prepare written content to a professional standard for client review and sign-off</li><li>Suggest content ideas and improvements to support engagement and lead generation</li><li>Ensure all content is aligned with brand tone, messaging, and objectives</li><li>Manage revisions and feedback efficiently and professionally</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Experience managing LinkedIn or professional social media accounts</li><li>Strong Canva skills with the ability to design independently</li><li>Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal</li><li>Comfortable handling client-facing content approval processes</li><li>Understanding of LinkedIn lead generation strategies</li><li>Organised, reliable, and able to work full-time on-site</li><li>Professional approach to content, communication, and deadlines</li></ul>Preferred (But Not Essential)<ul><li>Experience in a PAVA (Personal / Professional Virtual Assistant) or similar role</li><li>Experience working with video content or basic video editing</li><li>Familiarity with content performance tracking and optimisation</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
