Creative Style is seeking a skilled Carpenter to fabricate, assemble, install, and repair custom joinery, furniture, and interior fit-out components. The ideal candidate will work in the factory, workshop, and project sites to deliver high-quality products that meet approved drawings, project specifications, and company quality standards.Primary Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Fabricate, assemble, and install custom joinery, furniture, and interior fit-out components in accordance with approved shop drawings and project specifications.</li><li>Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, and other materials using hand and power tools.</li><li>Interpret shop drawings and production details to ensure accurate fabrication and installation.</li><li>Operate woodworking machinery and carpentry tools safely and efficiently.</li><li>Carry out on-site installation, adjustment, and finishing of joinery and furniture items.</li><li>Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.</li><li>Repair, modify, or replace damaged joinery and furniture components as required.</li><li>Coordinate with the Production Supervisor, Draftsman, and Site Team to ensure timely completion of assigned work.</li><li>Maintain tools, machinery, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.</li><li>Comply with company policies, quality standards, and workplace health and safety procedures.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>High School Certificate or equivalent (Preferred).</li></ul>IT/ Software Proficiency<ul><li>N/A</li></ul>License / Certifications / Training<ul><li>ITI/Diploma in Carpentry or a related trade (Preferred).</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Good craftsmanship and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Physically fit and committed to workplace safety.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>As per industry standards.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for detailed drawing for joinery and fit out and interiors</li><li>Designing for 2D Plans-Shop drawing detailed shop drawing for mainly joinery &amp; interior fit out.</li><li>Prepare free hand section details for site people and material list</li><li>Prepare drawings (linear, shop etc.) as instructed by the Design &amp; Development Manager</li><li>Work directly with sales staff to produce drawings and bills of material from sketches, existing drawings, and electronic images, along with verbal and written descriptions</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Design or Architecture or equivalent</li><li>At least 5 years&rsquo; experience in Gulf from a well-established fit out and joinery company</li><li>Knowledge in using AutoCAD is a must</li><li>Must have knowledge in Space Planning Commercial Interior Environment, Fit out detailing, and specifications</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Draftsman: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
