Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Analyse shop drawings and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.</li><li>Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.</li><li>Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.</li><li>Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.</li><li>Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.</li><li>Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.</li><li>Should be able to check and take site measurements to prepare estimation.</li><li>Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time and raw material, equipment, and labor expenses</li><li>Travel to job sites to gather information on materials needed, labor requirements, and other factors</li><li>Read blueprints and technical documents to prepare estimates</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, architects, owners, and contractors on estimates</li><li>Evaluate a product&rsquo;s cost effectiveness or profitability</li><li>Recommend ways to make a product more cost effective or profitable</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 to 5 yrs of Experience as Estimator (in joinery and fit out industry)</li><li>Diploma &ndash; Civil / Interior / Joinery or equivalent experience</li><li>Should be having experience in Joinery &amp; Fit outs and Furniture manufacturing industries.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and mathematical skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
