Requirements for Pattern Maker for a Women's Western Wear BrandLocation: KuwaitWe are looking for candidate from India who is willing to relocate to kuwaitEssential Skills:<ul><li>Pattern making expertise: Proficient in creating patterns for women's wear, including dresses, tops, bottoms, and outerwear.</li><li>Understanding of garment construction: Knowledge of how garments are constructed, including seam allowances, grain lines, and fabric requirements.</li><li>Fitting expertise: Ability to create patterns that fit well and flatter the female form.</li><li>Communication skills: Effective communication with design team, sample makers, and production team</li></ul>Responsibilities;<ul><li>Create high-quality patterns: Develop patterns that meet design specifications, fit requirements, and production standards.</li><li>Collaborate with design team: Work closely with designers to understand design intent and create patterns that meet their vision.</li><li>Make adjustments and revisions: Make necessary adjustments and revisions to patterns based on fit sessions, design changes, and production requirements.</li><li>Ensure pattern accuracy: Verify pattern accuracy, including measurements, grain lines, and seam allowances.</li><li>Document pattern: Maintain accurate records of patterns, including pattern pieces, maker making, and grading.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
