We&rsquo;re a small, mission-driven team looking for a Web Designer / Developer who can blend creativity with technical know-how to bring purposeful design to life online.About the Role We&rsquo;re hiring a Web Designer / Developer &mdash; someone who&rsquo;s equally comfortable thinking through the look and feel of a website and making it work beautifully in a browser.You&rsquo;ll take creative ownership of client websites, from designing page layouts and visual assets in Adobe tools to developing them into functional, high-performing sites in HTML, WordPress, and other CMS platforms.You don&rsquo;t need to be a backend expert (yet), but you should be eager to learn. If you can build strong front-end experiences and are interested in understanding what happens under the hood, you&rsquo;ll fit right in.Important Note: This is an In-Office Role We believe great collaboration happens when we&rsquo;re in the same room. The energy, quick problem-solving, and spontaneous creativity that comes from being together is hard to replicate over Zoom. A shared respect for that environment is essential for strong collaboration.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Design and build engaging, user-friendly websites that align with client goals and brand identity</li><li>Create layouts, graphics, and visual assets using Adobe Creative Cloud tools</li><li>Develop and customize websites with HTML&amp; CSS, WordPress and other CMS platforms</li><li>Collaborate with content lead and ux lead to ensure cohesive storytelling and design</li><li>Ensure all designs are mobile-responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance</li><li>Manage updates and enhancements for existing client sites</li><li>Explore and learn light backend or integration tasks over time (bonus skill growth area)</li><li>Contribute ideas and creative direction that elevate the quality of client work</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong visual design skills and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles</li><li>Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Dreamweaver, XD)</li><li>Experience designing and developing websites in WordPress (or similar CMS)</li><li>Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design</li><li>Familiarity with JavaScript and basic troubleshooting skills</li><li>Curiosity and willingness to learn backend concepts or CMS integrations</li><li>A collaborative spirit &mdash; someone who enjoys problem-solving as part of a team</li><li>A respectful approach to working in a faith-centered, Scripture-oriented environment</li></ul>Bonus Points For<ul><li>Experience with DNS.
