In this role, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs and quantities involved in various construction projects, providing essential support throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including material quantities, labor costs, and equipment requirements.</li><li>Analyze project specifications, drawings, and related documents to identify key cost factors and potential risks.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to gather necessary information for estimates.</li><li>Utilize industry-specific software for takeoffs and to generate comprehensive estimates, including technical descriptions.</li><li>Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction phase, reporting any deviations from the estimated budget and suggesting cost control measures.</li><li>Work with procurement teams to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.</li><li>Review and negotiate contract terms with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure favorable agreements.</li><li>Provide support in dispute resolution and claims management processes.</li><li>Maintain accurate cost databases and historical data for future reference and continuous improvement.</li><li>Develop strategies for cost control and change management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator in the construction industry.</li><li>Proficiency in estimation software and cost management tools.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret project specifications and drawings accurately.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.</li><li>Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management principles.</li><li>Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>If you possess a strong background in this field and wish to contribute to a dynamic and innovative team.We look forward to your application!Job Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many minutes you will finish drawing 1 room?</li><li>Do you know how to use AutoCAD? which version?</li></ul>
