We need an HR Generalist who can manage hiring, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and employee relations. About the Role We are looking for someone who can grow our website and mobile app through SEO and ASO. The role includes improving Google search rankings, increasing app installs, and growing organic traffic.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and run the full SEO strategy</li><li>Do keyword research and content planning</li><li>Improve blog pages, landing pages, and category pages</li><li>Handle on-page tasks (meta tags, schema, internal links)</li><li>Work with technical SEO (indexing, speed, Core Web Vitals)</li><li>Build quality backlinks</li><li>Check competitors and improve rankings</li><li>Track daily performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMRush, etc.</li><li>Plan and run ASO for Android and iOS apps</li><li>Improve app titles, descriptions, screenshots, and icons</li><li>Do A/B tests for store listings</li><li>Work on rating and review improvement</li><li>Use tools like AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Firebase, etc.</li></ul>Who We Are Looking For<ul><li>Strong SEO and ASO experience</li><li>Good keyword and content planning skills</li><li>Able to read data and make decisions</li><li>Basic understanding of app growth funnels</li><li>Knowledge of beauty/wellness industry is a plus</li><li>Hands-on with tools (Ahrefs, SEMRush, GSC, GA4, AppTweak)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Have you worked on both Android and iOS app store listings?</li><li>Have you worked in D2C, beauty, wellness, or e-commerce brands?</li><li>Which SEO/ASO tools have you used?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
