ROC Compliances &ndash; all secretarial compliances including preparation of board minutes.</li><li>2. Maintenance of statutory registers under Companies Act, 2013 and online ROC fillings as required time to time for all group companies.</li><li>3. Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.</li><li>4. Revising procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.</li><li>5. Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.</li><li>6. Plan and share the monthly report to reporting manager.</li><li>7.
