</li></ul><ul><li>Follow up on exclusivity agreements contract, spend targets and funds
</li></ul><ul><li>Follow up profitability of cards, loans and deposits with focus on commissions and expenses liaising with pricing manager
</li></ul><ul><li>Liaise with product development team on new products /system enhancements required for the portfolio evolution
</li></ul><ul><li>Liaise with product development team on CR renewal and give feedback on risk annual review proposal</li></ul>
<ul><li>Liaise with promotional manager &amp; CLM Manager to manage portfolio within the CLM pillars
</li></ul><ul><li>Support Marketing head in preparing cross sell committee
</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor Retail Assets Acquisition from different delivery channels through working closely with Product Team &amp; front liners to ensure increasing the approval rate
</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct ad-hoc analysis, surveys, listening to customers sessions to identify enhancements and opportunities from a customer point of view</li></ul>

<li>Bachelor degree
</li><li>Min 7 years banking experience
</li><li>Knowledge of banking products</li>

Retail Portfolio Assistant Manager

KYC Assistant Manager

<div></div><div><div><ul><li> Analyze the alerts generated from the relevant screening system (NORKOM) based on the review of the customer&rsquo;s profile, activity and overall account behavior in liaison with the respective RM / branch of account.</li><li> Refer to different LOBs to collect required feedback for transaction justification.</li><li> Assess the response of different LOBs with regard to the transaction justification.</li><li> Obtain documentary proof of suspicious transactions and ensure effective record keeping of cases reported to EMLCU.</li><li> Raise suspicious transactions reports (STRs), as applicable and where required, to Head of Anti Money Laundry &amp; Fraud Prevention and Head of Compliance and Financial Security department.</li><li> Taking into consideration the local AML Law and the regulations/guidance issued by EMLCU upon the analysis and review of the suspicious transactions/activities.</li><li> Review and comment on CAE policies and procedures as applicable to CFS function with particular focus on the AML regulations.</li><li> Assist in handling Audit requirements and implementing audit recommendations within the due date.</li><li> Review Policies and Procedures from AML perspective.</li><li> Assist and implement casual/emergency task assigned by direct manager and/or head of department.</li><li> Co-ordinates with other LOBs to cover their queries/requirements related to compliance role.</li><li> Assist with the rest of team in any other task as assigned by the CFS management or direct manager</li></ul><p>
