Job Summary Digital Marketing Executive- Growth Team Performance &amp; Organic Marketing We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a proven track record in both performance Marketing and organic growth strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is self-driven, and has a passion for measurable growth. Preference will be given to female candidates with a creative mindset and strong execution skills.Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing <ul><li>Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple business verticals.</li><li>Develop insight-driven strategies to identify trends, optimize budgets, and improve ROI.</li><li>Manage agencies for user acquisition and retargeting via Google, Facebook, DV360, Search, Programmatic, and affiliates.</li><li>Define and track KPIs such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Conversion Rates, and CTR.</li><li>Continuously optimize ad creatives and targeting for Beter performance.</li><li>Oversee affiliate channels, ensuring quality leads and minimizing fraud.</li><li>Provide regular campaign reports, funnel analysis, and growth projections.</li></ul>Organic Marketing <ul><li>Create and implement organic growth strategies to boost brand visibility and drive traffic.</li><li>Optimize website and content for SEO (on-page and off-page).</li><li>Manage engaging content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.</li><li>Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to track and refine organic efforts.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.</li><li>Grow social media presence organically, building community engagement and loyalty.</li><li>Ensure all content reflects Credon Capital&rsquo;s brand voice, values, and guidelines.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications <ul><li>Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience in digital marketing with exposure to both paid and organic channels.</li><li>Strong understanding of paid marketing ecosystems, attribution models, and personalization.</li><li>Expertise in SEO, content marketing, and social media growth.</li><li>Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and ad management platforms.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Creativity and proficiency in Canva design.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a bias for action.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).</li></ul>Experience Requirements <ul><li>Proven success in driving both paid and organic growth.</li><li>Hands-on experience with campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and programme channels.</li><li>Portfolio or examples of past marketing work (to be provided upon request).</li></ul>Salary Range &ndash; AED 3000 TO 3500Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
