Key Responsibilities:Social Media Engagement:Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement and follower base across allmajor social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.) for all fouroutlets.Represent the brand identity and voice of Suvaii, Tanjore Tiffins, Navathanyam, andVanamo consistently across digital channels.Monitor trends, conversations, and competitor activity to optimize content andengagement strategies.Content Planning &amp; Management:Create and maintain a unified monthly content calendar for all four outlets, aligningwith marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and seasonal trends.Collaborate with design, photography, and videography teams to produce high-qualityand engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs, etc.).Ensure timely publishing and performance tracking of content.Cross-functional Coordination:Work closely with other digital marketing functions including SEO/SEM, paidadvertising, analytics, and website management to ensure cohesive campaigns.Coordinate with outlet managers and culinary teams for menu updates, promotions,and events that need digital amplification.Analytics &amp; Reporting:Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and audience growth.Provide monthly performance reports and suggest improvements based on insights.Qualifications:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.3&ndash;5 years of experience in digital or social media marketing, preferably in F&amp;B or hospitality.Strong understanding of content creation, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), andanalytics platforms (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics).Creative mindset with excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands/outlets simultaneously.Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;800,000.00 - &#8377;900,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current CTC?</li><li>What is your expected CTC?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
