We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead/Senior Developer to join our team and help shape the future of our technology strategy.OverviewTeam Lead / Senior Developer Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations (F&amp;O / AX) | Azure Location: Remote / Must be able to work in Pacific Time Zone hours Type: Full-Time / ContractSeeking a Team Lead / Senior Developer with deep experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations (F&amp;O / AX) and Azure to design, build, configure, and optimize enterprise ERP and integrated cloud solutions. This role combines hands-on development, technical architecture, accounting domain expertise, and delivery leadership.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead solution architecture and technical design for D365 F&amp;O / AX and integrated systems</li><li>Analyze existing systems, perform gap analysis, and document solution designs</li><li>Configure Dynamics AX / D365 F&amp;O and develop custom solutions (X++, extensions)</li><li>Perform custom code development and enhancements</li><li>Design and execute tests; triage defects and provide fixes</li><li>Develop solutions using .NET Core, C#, and Azure services (Functions, App Services, Logic Apps)</li><li>Design and support integrations (REST, OData, APIs)</li><li>Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Azure DevOps</li><li>Perform code reviews and enforce development standards</li><li>Consult with business stakeholders to gather requirements using Agile methods</li><li>Mentor developers and provide technical leadership</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>7+ years Dynamics AX / D365 F&amp;O development experience</li><li>Strong accounting / financial systems knowledge</li><li>Expertise in X++ and D365 F&amp;O extensibility model</li><li>Experience configuring Dynamics AX / D365 F&amp;O</li><li>Strong C# and .NET / .NET Core experience</li><li>Azure cloud development experience</li><li>Integration experience (REST, OData, APIs)</li><li>SQL/data experience</li><li>Agile/Scrum experience</li><li>Excellent communication and consulting skills</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Microsoft Dynamics certifications</li><li>Experience with Dynamics CRM / Dataverse</li><li>Azure DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code</li><li>AX to D365 F&amp;O upgrade experience</li><li>Power Platform experience</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and technical certifications.</li><li>A dynamic and collaborative work environment where architectural vision shapes real-world impact.</li><li>Exposure to industry-leading technologies and challenging projects that push your technical boundaries.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $90.00 - $130.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
