About the RoleWe are a fast-growing cross-border e-commerce company, expanding our crystal product line in the US market. We are looking for a Project Manager who will take full ownership of the crystal category, focusing on TikTok Shop and Shopify operations, and later expanding into eBay and Etsy at the beginning of 2026.This is a key role with strong growth potential. You will be responsible for driving revenue, building brand awareness, and scaling operations across multiple platforms.Responsibilities<ul><li>Own the crystal category strategy and execution for the US market.</li><li>Develop and manage TikTok Shop operations: content planning, influencer collaborations, live streaming, and sales growth.</li><li>Oversee Shopify store performance: traffic acquisition (SEO, paid ads, influencer marketing), conversion optimization, and customer retention.</li><li>Plan and execute expansion into eBay and Etsy, adapting product positioning to each platform.</li><li>Work closely with supply chain and product teams in China to ensure quality, pricing, and on-time delivery.</li><li>Build brand positioning around crystals (spirituality, astrology, wellness, gifts).</li><li>Use AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, data analytics) to improve efficiency in product research, marketing, and operations.</li><li>Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize for results.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience (TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar platforms).</li><li>Previous experience in crystals, jewelry, fashion accessories, or lifestyle products is a plus.</li><li>Strong execution skills and results-driven mindset.</li><li>Hands-on experience with digital marketing, influencer partnerships, and online retail.</li><li>Proficient in using AI tools for content, analytics, or workflow automation.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus for coordination with our China-based team and supply chain.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus.</li><li>Profit-sharing incentive opportunities for high performers.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: From $33.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
