This position combines graphic design, video editing, animation, and creative branding into one dynamic role.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Create premium social media posts, project advertisements, campaign creatives, and promotional designs.</li><li>Produce high-quality reels, property videos, construction updates, walkthrough edits, and motion graphics.</li><li>Design content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, websites, presentations, and print materials.</li><li>Create visually compelling content for project launches, investment campaigns, payment plans, events, and corporate announcements.</li><li>Edit real estate videos using professional transitions, cinematic pacing, music, text animations, and sound effects.</li><li>Develop motion graphics, animated logos, lower thirds, infographics, maps, and project-feature animations.</li><li>Maintain consistency across brand colours, typography, visual tone, logo placement, and layouts.</li><li>Design high-performing ad creatives, thumbnails, hooks, and multiple creative variations for digital campaigns.</li><li>Use campaign performance data and A/B testing results to improve designs and advertising creatives.</li><li>Retouch property images, project renders, team photographs, and event coverage.</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing, sales, videography, and management teams to execute campaign concepts.</li><li>Organize design files, raw footage, project assets, and final exports with proper naming and version control.</li><li>Manage multiple projects, revisions, deadlines, and feedback cycles efficiently.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, animation, video editing, or a combined creative role.</li><li>Previous experience in real estate, construction, architecture, or property marketing will be preferred.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, Media, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Strong proficiency in:</li><li>Adobe Photoshop</li><li>Adobe Illustrator</li><li>Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>Adobe After Effects</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, branding, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.</li><li>Ability to create premium and luxury-style real estate designs.</li><li>Strong video-editing and storytelling skills, including pacing, cuts, transitions, music, and sound effects.</li><li>Experience creating logo animations, lower thirds, animated infographics, maps, and promotional motion graphics.</li><li>Basic knowledge of audio cleanup, noise reduction, EQ, voice enhancement, and level balancing.</li><li>Understanding of social media formats and specifications for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, file organization, and time management.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and implement creative feedback.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Familiarity with Figma for digital layouts and social media templates.</li><li>Basic knowledge of 3D animation, architectural visualization, or real estate project renders.</li><li>Experience creating property walkthroughs and construction-progress videos.</li><li>Experience with drone footage, photography, videography, or on-site shoots.</li><li>Knowledge of print production, billboards, brochures, standees, flyers, and project branding materials.</li><li>Experience creating performance-focused real estate advertising creatives.</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for website collaboration.</li></ul>What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a creative professional who can independently manage projects from initial concept to final delivery.
