$2500 Sign On Bonus - Full Time
<ul><li> Monday - Friday schedule &ndash; every other weekend on-call.</li></ul>

The Maintenance Assistant/Driver plays a key role in the delivery of an exceptional experience to residents in our community. This person will serve in a supportive role for the Maintenance Department reporting to the Director of Environmental Services. This position will also transport residents to/from appointments using the facility vehicle.

Overview

The Maintenance Director will outline the goals and objectives for the week and day. These may include:
<ul>
<li>Attending to regular maintenance duties inside the building and/or pertaining to common areas.</li>
<li>Attending to outside grounds maintenance.</li>
<li>Assisting floor care.</li>
<li>Painting of common spaces and rooms, as needed.</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Arrive on time and ready to work.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain professionalism while on the job and throughout interactions with staff and residents.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain a cheerful and positive attitude.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure timely completion of tasks.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Meet cleaning expectations for resident rooms and common areas.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Effective and appropriate communication between co-workers, management, and residents.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director.</li></ul>

Requirements:
<ul><li>Reliable</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience with maintenance would be a plus</li></ul>

<ul><li>Willing to learn</li></ul>
<ul><li>Caring, kind and positive attitude</li></ul>
<ul><li>Professionalism</li></ul>
<ul><li>Can work on own, as well as part of a team</li></ul>
<ul><li>Be able to pass a background check</li></ul>
<ul><li>Be at least 18 years of age with reliable transportation</li></ul>

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: Negotiable based on experience
