Job Description - HR ExecutiveTo support the HR department by managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement activities, HR data management, and providing analytical reports to strengthen HR decision-making and organizational efficiency.Job Details:Job Title: HR ExecutiveLocation: Rajhans Montessa, SuratExperience Required: Minimum 1&ndash;2 yearsSalary Range: &#8377;18,000 &ndash; &#8377;25,000 per monthKey Responsibilities:&middot; Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, coordination).&middot; Manage joining formalities, document collection, and HRMS data entry.&middot; Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and HR events.&middot; Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS/Excel and generate MIS reports.&middot; Support in performance appraisal data collection and general HR operations.Key Skills &amp; Competencies:&middot; Strong knowledge of recruitment processes &amp; HR operations.&middot; Data management &amp; analysis skills (Excel, HRMS preferred).&middot; Event planning &amp; execution skills.&middot; Good communication and interpersonal skills.&middot; Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.Qualification &amp; Experience:Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or employee engagement.
