(www.crescentindia.com)Job location - Chembur, MumbaiDesignation - Accounts ExecutiveJD-<ul><li>Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP or relevant accounting software.</li><li>Handle sales, purchase, journal vouchers, debit/credit notes, and general ledger postings.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.</li><li>Record customer sales invoices, delivery challans, and ensure timely dispatch documentation.</li><li>Verify supplier invoices with purchase orders and GRNs.</li><li>Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for billing-related queries.</li><li>Daily bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance.</li><li>Prepare and assist in GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconciliation.</li><li>Prepare TDS workings, challan payments, and coordinate for TDS return filing.</li><li>Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with government regulations.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.</li><li>Maintain proper filing and records of all accounts-related documents.</li></ul>Qualification - B. Com, BAF, M.
