 This position is responsible for production, production planning, quality management, man management, monitoring and improving manufacturing processes. After successful completion of the training period, the Trainee Engineer will be confirmed as Assistant Engineer. Standard (not exhaustive) requirements of the position are listed below:

 Job Description
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Study and understand Spiral Pipe Manufacturing process and submerged arc welding process including tandem welding and trouble shooting of welding problems in submerged arc welding process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Study and understand plasma arc cutting system and trouble shooting of problems of Plasma cutting machine.
 </li>
 <li>
 Learn gas cutting and manual electric arc welding techniques and good practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Study and understand calculations of SP machine forming and adjustment data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Study and understand pipe forming process and effects/causes of pipe profile defects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working and calculation of raw materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Study and understand Oracle financial manufacturing module, quality plan, inventory module, supply chain module, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare departmental daily/monthly reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work out the raw material requirements, machine hours, calculation of wastages etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Study and understand the working process/adjustments of end facing and hydro testing machine and its trouble shooting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Study pipe manufacturing and coating standards like API-5L, DIN30670.
 </li>
 <li>
 Study and learn operation of spiral pipe mill and other manufacturing and testing equipment's.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare purchase requisition for material required for the production department.

 Terms and Conditions

 Bond: PKR 300,000 for a period 2 years.
 </li>
 <li>
 Vestment: PKR 6,000/month for a period of 3 years, refundable upon completion.
 </li>

 Relocation to Nooriabad Factory.
