The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly articulate, and able to work with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Write and publish high-quality technical content for blogs, websites, product pages, and documentation.</li><li>Convert technical briefs into structured articles, guides, and tutorials.</li><li>Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure technical accuracy.</li><li>Edit, proofread, and improve existing content.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices.</li><li>Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and formatting across all content.</li><li>Handle multiple content tasks under tight deadlines.</li><li>Able to write proposals and technical documents</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience Technical Writing Skills<ul><li>Ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured content on topics like web development, e-commerce, Magento, WordPress, APIs, etc.</li><li>Experience writing blogs, product descriptions, documentation, SOPs, release notes, and training materials.</li><li>Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical readers.</li><li>Strong command of SEO-based writing, keyword placement, and content optimization.</li></ul>Ecommerce &amp; Development Knowledge<ul><li>Familiarity with Magento 2, WordPress, and general web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JS &mdash; basic understanding).</li><li>Knowledge of e-commerce trends, digital marketing, UX/UI principles, and website architecture is a plus.</li></ul>Research &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Ability to research industry topics and generate original, plagiarism-free content.</li><li>Experience in creating technical documentation, user guides, FAQs, and instructional content.</li><li>Can write technical proposals for clients.</li></ul>Tools &amp; Systems<ul><li>Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Word, Grammarly, SurferSEO, or similar.</li><li>Experience with Git, Jira/Trello, or CMS editors (WordPress) is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred / Nice-to-Have<ul><li>Experience writing for tech companies, SaaS platforms, or ecommerce agencies.</li><li>Understanding of APIs, integrations, and frontend/backend basics.</li><li>Ability to create video scripts, email content, and marketing copy.</li><li>Familiarity with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.).</li></ul>Company: Crescentic Digital Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, KarachiJob Type: Full-timePay: From Rs30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
