Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly capable Project Manager with a strong background in leading Data and AI/ML projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing complex data workloads, coordinating cross-functional technical teams, and delivering end-to-end solutions involving data pipelines, machine learning models, and analytics platforms.This role requires close collaboration with data scientists, data engineers, and AI/ML developers. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering AI and data solutions that align with client goals and timelines, while ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction.Natural Abilities<ul><li>Smart, self-motivated, responsible, and out of the box thinker.</li><li>Detailed oriented and powerful analyzer.</li><li>Great oral and written communication skills.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>7+ years of total professional experience, with strong exposure to Data, AI, or ML-related projects.</li><li>Proven experience managing teams working on data pipelines, analytics, machine learning, or AI-based solutions.</li><li>Solid understanding of AI/ML workflows and data engineering processes.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and tools like BigQuery, S3, Redshift, SageMaker, Databricks, etc.</li><li>Conceptual understanding of Python, SQL, Spark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.</li><li>Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.</li><li>Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across time zones and business domains.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage end-to-end Data and AI/ML projects, from initiation through delivery.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, data engineers, ML developers, QA, and DevOps.</li><li>Engage with clients to gather requirements, set expectations, and provide regular updates.</li><li>Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.</li><li>Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.</li><li>Oversee Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.</li><li>Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.</li><li>Track performance metrics such as model accuracy, data quality, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;800,000.00 - &#8377;1,500,000.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>Gen ai: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Adajan, Surat, Gujarat (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
