Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Legal Associate to support the legal team in day-to-day operations. The role involves assisting with legal research, drafting basic documents, supporting contract reviews, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Legal Research &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Conduct legal research on various topics such as corporate law, labor law, compliance, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Assist in preparing legal memoranda, briefs, and notes.</li></ul>B. Contract Support<ul><li>Draft and review simple agreements, notices, and letters under guidance.</li><li>Help maintain and organize contract files and databases.</li></ul>C. Compliance Assistance<ul><li>Support in monitoring regulatory updates and compliance requirements.</li><li>Assist in preparing documentation for statutory filings and audits.</li></ul>D. Coordination &amp; Support<ul><li>Coordinate with internal departments for collecting data or documents required for legal tasks.</li><li>Assist senior lawyers in preparing case files, correspondence, and reports.</li></ul>E. Litigation Support (If applicable)<ul><li>Help prepare documents for court filings.</li><li>Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.</li></ul>F. Administrative Tasks<ul><li>Manage legal documentation and maintain proper records.</li></ul>3. Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law (LL.B)</li><li>Strong legal research and drafting skills.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic understanding of MS Office.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
