Key ResponsibilitiesA. Corporate Governance &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.</li><li>Maintain statutory registers, records, and documents.</li><li>Ensure timely filing of forms, returns, and documents with regulatory authorities (ROC, MCA, SEBI, Stock Exchanges).</li><li>Monitor updates in corporate laws and implement compliance across the organization.</li></ul>B. Board &amp; Committee Meeting Support<ul><li>Schedule and organize board meetings, AGMs, and committee meetings.</li><li>Draft notices, agendas, and minutes of meetings.</li><li>Circulate board papers and maintain meeting records.</li><li>Advise the board on governance practices and corporate compliance.</li></ul>C. Secretarial &amp; Legal Documentation<ul><li>Draft and review company policies, resolutions, disclosures, and reports.</li><li>Assist in drafting agreements and ensuring legal compliance in documentation.</li><li>Manage share transfers, issuance, and related secretarial activities.</li></ul>D. Liaison &amp; Advisory<ul><li>Liaise with regulators, auditors, legal advisors, and stakeholders.</li><li>Provide advisory support to management on corporate governance matters.</li><li>Coordinate with departments for compliance-related inputs.</li></ul>E.
