We are looking for a passionate and skilled IoT / PLC / Embedded Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial automation, embedded programming, IoT solutions, control panel design, and LabVIEW-based testing/monitoring systems. This role requires strong problem-solving ability and expertise in integrating hardware and software for industrial and R&amp;D applications.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>IoT Development &amp; Integration</li><li>Design and implement IoT solutions for industrial automation and smart systems.</li><li>Work with protocols such as MQTT, Modbus, OPC-UA, and REST APIs.</li><li>Cloud integration (Azure/AWS/Private) for real-time data monitoring.</li><li>PLC Programming &amp; Automation</li><li>Develop, test, and deploy PLC logic for automation projects.</li><li>Work on ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text programming.</li><li>Troubleshoot and optimize PLC-controlled systems.</li><li>LabVIEW Development</li><li>Build test automation, HMI dashboards, and control systems using LabVIEW.</li><li>Interface LabVIEW applications with sensors, DAQs, and PLCs.</li><li>Perform data acquisition, logging, and analysis.</li><li>Embedded Systems</li><li>Develop firmware for microcontrollers (ARM, PIC, Arduino, STM32, ESP32, etc.).</li><li>Work on communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth).</li><li>Optimize code for performance and reliability.</li><li>Panel Design &amp; Electrical Integration</li><li>Design electrical/control panels for industrial automation.</li><li>Prepare wiring diagrams, layouts, and BOMs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;6 years of experience in IoT, PLC, Embedded, or Automation projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of industrial protocols and sensors.</li><li>Hands-on experience in LabVIEW, PLC programming (Siemens/Allen Bradley/Mitsubishi/Delta/etc.).</li><li>Experience in embedded firmware development (C/C++, Python, RTOS).</li><li>Familiarity with SCADA/HMI design is a plus.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Preferred Experience (Good to Have)<ul><li>Cloud platforms: Azure IoT Hub, AWS IoT Core, ThingsBoard.</li><li>Knowledge of AI/ML for predictive maintenance.</li><li>Exposure to Industrial 4.0 &amp; Smart Manufacturing.</li><li>Certification in LabVIEW CLAD/CLD or PLC vendor certifications.</li></ul>Contact careers@crestclimbers.com +91 9445330496Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In personSpeak with the employer +91 9445330496
