 Maintenance and Revisions of ASL HSSEQ System.

 <li>
 Monitoring New / Upcoming Legal Requirements &amp; Regulations from IMO / Flag States &amp; International Maritime Associations (PSC - MOU etc.)

 Evaluating, Tabulating, Implementing Action plans for Legal Requirements &amp; Regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience Feedback / HSSEQ Circulars
 </li>
 <li>
 Create &amp; disseminate experience feedback as noted from Fleet or Third party shared data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create &amp; disseminate HSSEQ Circulars as required for Implementation of new legal / HSE / Other requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create &amp; disseminate Safety / Navigation &amp; Technical Alerts
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Audits &amp; Inspections
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Member of the Internal / Third party Marine &amp; HSSEQ audit team
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in coordinating, arranging and timely follow up Internal &amp; External SMC / ISPS &amp; MLC Audits
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting Shipboard and Office Internal HSSEQ audits
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation and Participation in the Crestline Office Document of compliance, ISO 9001,14001,45001, TMSA and other such Audits / Inspections. Monitor on timely close out of Nonconformances &amp; Observations by relevant stake holders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation, arrangement and conduct of Shipboard ISM / ISPS &amp; ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Audits
 </li>
 <li>
 Study &amp; Analyze Port State Inspections, ISM / ISPS / MLC Audit (Internal &amp; External) Reports. Evaluate &amp; Advice the fleet with regards to the Focal areas of concern.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain KPI Target for Port State Inspections, ISM / ISPS / MLC Audit (Internal &amp; External) &amp; Action plan for achievement of same across the Fleet
 </li>
 <li>
 Collate Flag State / Port State Circulars and disseminate to the assigned vessels
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in monitoring Flag State / PSC MOU and other regulatory requirements and evaluate consequences and actions if necessary, Emergency &amp; Crisis Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain Emergency &amp; Crisis management contact list for shipboard marine pollution emergency plans for oil (SOPEP) and/or noxious liquid substances (SMPEP)
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain Emergency &amp; Crisis management contact list for Crestline &amp; Associated Third parties e.g. Media Consultant / Lawyers / salvage / Medical etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 HSSEQ monitoring in relation to Safety, Health &amp; Environment related records such as Drill /Exercises, recycling records, Accident-incident reports, investigation and analysis and corrective actions records etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report Failures and Review corrective actions from investigation and analysis of accidents, marine casualties and near misses
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 HSSEQ System / Performance Review
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintaining &amp; Monitoring the HSSEQ Key Performance indicators (HSE reports) as required by vessel owners and other parties
 </li>
 <li>
 Periodical management review of Crestline&rsquo;s HSSEQ system, record findings from the reviews and propose actions if necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Quarterly Management Review - participate in periodical management review of Vessel HSSEQ system, record findings from the reviews and propose actions if necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare tender documents as required by client&rsquo;s / Oil majors / Flag
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist HSSEQ manager to review, maintain and update TMSA in line with current industry&rsquo;s best practice
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for preparation, planning and follow-up for DOC, ISO and other office audits
 </li>
 </ul>

 <li>
 Carry out Office Risk Assessments. Implement &amp; Document Risk Mitigation measures implemented
 </li>
 <li>
 Review, evaluate, revise &amp; document Risk Assessments carried out by Vessels.

 HSE Campaign Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Create &amp; disseminate HSE Campaigns to the Fleet
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate, Analyze Trend HSE Feedback
 </li>

 HSE Plan / Drills &amp; Training Management
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist to create &amp; Implement HSE Plans for the Company / Fleet
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct onboard &amp; Office HSE Training such as Incident Investigation, Risk Assessment, Permit to Work Systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate the Company &amp; Fleet for HSE Plan / Drills &amp; Training compliance
 </li>

 Requirement:

 Diploma holder in related field/discipline
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated individual with a minimum 3-year experience in marine industries is a MUST
 </li>
 <li>
 Possess initiative and able to multi-task
 </li>
 <li>
 Tech Savvy, adaptable to working with ERP
 </li>
