Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Duties: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct nursing care to the clients according to physicians' orders and applicable client care standards, within their scope of practice. The nurse will provide direction to non-licensed personnel in providing direct client care and operation of the unit.

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Current licensure in California as a RN.</li>
<li>Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.</li>
<li>Ability to supervise.</li>
<li>Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members.</li>
<li>Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.</li>
<li>Current CPR and first aid certifications.</li>

About the Campus: Our Skilled Nursing Facility is just minutes from the freeway, conveniently located by many shops and restaurants. As Neuro-behavioral campus we are less medically acute and as such there are great opportunities for clients. For example, Crestwood Wellness &amp; Recovery Center has adopted the city park next to our building. Our clients actively pursue their gardening skills and creative beautification inspirations by maintaining and adding to the garden beds created on Earth Day 2009. The efforts have created a space for quiet and serenity as well. Weather permitting, staff often take clients to the park for group therapy, meditation, and yoga.<div>

Title: Medical Records Assistant

Job Duties: The Medical Records Assistant provides support to staff and the medical records department by assisting with monitoring and maintaining timely and complete medical records of clients. Accuracy and thoroughness are important, as they may affect the legal liability of the facility. Ensures professional contact with all levels of staff and other stakeholders, including nursing staff, supervisors, physicians, clients, and families.

Title: Clinic Nurse (Shift Supervisor) Job Duties: The Clinic Nurse (Shift Supervisor) assesses, plans, organizes, develops, implements, and evaluates all the activities related to nursing standards of care, professional development, operational function, and communication throughout the facility.
