The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR management, preferably from a consulting or CA firm.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition:<ul><li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.</li><li>Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.</li><li>Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference verifications.</li></ul>2. HR Operations &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws.</li><li>Ensure smooth execution of HR operational processes.</li><li>Manage employee records and HR documentation.</li></ul>3. Payroll &amp; Compensation Management:<ul><li>Process payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursement.</li><li>Manage employee benefits and compensation structures.</li><li>Handle tax deductions, provident funds, and compliance-related payroll activities.</li></ul>4. Training &amp; Development:<ul><li>Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills.</li><li>Organize and conduct employee development sessions.</li><li>Ensure continuous learning and development initiatives are in place.</li></ul>5. Employee Grievances &amp; Conflict Resolution:<ul><li>Address and resolve employee concerns in a professional manner.</li><li>Implement grievance redressal mechanisms to ensure employee satisfaction.</li><li>Act as a mediator for workplace conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.</li></ul>6.
