Job Overview We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business goals.</li><li>Create engaging content tailored for different platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.</li><li>Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.</li><li>Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).</li><li>Conduct proofreading to ensure all content is error-free and aligns with brand voice.</li><li>Engage in relationship management with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in digital marketing, and emerging technologies.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management and marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and scheduling.</li><li>Strong skills in graphic design, photography, video editing, and public relations.</li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and branding strategies is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics to track performance metrics effectively.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
