 We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our team.
 
 You&rsquo;ll help shape engaging, user-first experiences across our digital platforms, with a strong focus on sports and cricket content. You&rsquo;ll work closely with product and engineering teams to bring ideas to life.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 User Research
 
 
 <ul>

 Understand user behavior, needs, and pain points through research and data analysis. Use these insights to make informed design decisions and identify opportunities to improve the product
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 UI Design
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design clean, visually compelling, and brand-aligned interfaces. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to clearly communicate design ideas.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 UX Design
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Craft intuitive user flows, interactions, and information architecture to deliver smooth and meaningful user experiences.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Prototyping &amp; Testing
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build interactive prototypes, test designs with real users, and iterate based on feedback to ensure usability and clarity.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Cross-Team Collaboration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals and technical feasibility.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Design Systems
 
 
 <ul>

 Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all products.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Stay Current
 
 
 <ul>

 Keep up with design trends, tools, and best practices. Share knowledge to help raise the bar across the team. Proactively explore and apply AI tools to enhance workflows, improve productivity, and deliver smarter user experiences.

 Cross-Platform Design

 Create responsive designs that work seamlessly across web, mobile, TV and other digital devices.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Communication

 Present your work confidently to stakeholders, clearly explaining the rationale behind your design choices.

 </ul>
 
 
 Ownership
 
 
 <ul>

 Take complete ownership of your design areas. From discovery to delivery. Be accountable for outcomes, and ensure your work aligns with product goals, timelines, and quality standards.

 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Passion for building innovative digital products and interest in cricket or the sports content space.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 2-4 years of experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio of user-centric design work. Please include your portfolio with your application. Submissions without a portfolio will not be considered.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of responsive and cross-platform design principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and collaboration skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented with a drive for creating polished, high-quality designs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Decent understanding of Cricket (Formats, Rules, etc.. )
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with front-end technologies is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Having strong cricket analytical skills is a plus
 </li>
