Job Description 
We&rsquo;re seeking a talented creator to conceive, shoot, and edit high-quality content featuring Cricut both as a brand and an ecosystem of products. This role blends creative storytelling and hands-on video production to build authentic brand content for social (primarily Youtube), paid ads, website, and other support channels.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Concept &amp; Script: Brainstorm short-and-long form UGC ideas weekly&mdash;crafting storyboards, scripts, hooks, captions, and hashtags.</li><li>
Shoot &amp; Edit: Film DIY-style tutorials, product demos, unboxings with Cricut tools/materials, record on-camera narration or voiceover, and polish content using Davinci Resolve, or similar.</li><li>
Cross Team Collaboration &amp; Handoff: Align with content marketing teams to deliver content tailored to YouTube and other ad platforms as well as cricut.com to marketing teams to publish and optimize against.</li><li>
Archive &amp; Asset Management: Organize media files and adapt content for future use. Partner with DAM Manager to ensure files are uploaded, catalogued, and managed appropriately.</li><li>
Output &amp; Delivery: Minimum one long-form Youtube video per week, two social media videos per month, two cut-downs of long-form content per month, video edits as needed.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
1&ndash;2 years' experience producing, shooting, and editing UGC or ecommerce video content end-to-end.</li><li>
Proficiency in short-form storytelling, scripting, and copywriting.</li><li>
Adobe Creative Suite literate.</li><li>
Comfortable with professional studio lighting and shooting with Blackmagic/Sony cameras.</li><li>
Strong video editing skills (Davinci Resolve preferred).</li><li>
Familiarity with social/ad specs across TikTok, Meta, YouTube platforms.</li><li>
Reliable project management and excellent communication.</li><li>
Must be hands-on and crafty&mdash;deep knowledge about Cricut machines, materials and projects you can make not required, but a big plus.</li></ul>
Nice‑to‑Haves<ul><li>
Experience in motion graphics or graphic design.</li><li>
Unboxing/demo video production experience.</li><li>
Previous UGC or influencer collaborations.</li><li>
Background in copywriting for scenes, captions, or ad headlines.</li><li>
Portfolio featuring content filmed with Cricut or maker‑style DIY.</li><li>
Social media presence or community engagement track record.</li></ul>

Job Description 
We&rsquo;re looking for a Digital Content Production Artist to help grow and support the Cricut Design Space content library. In this role, you&rsquo;ll help prepare digital assets so they work smoothly in our software and across our machines, while maintaining quality and consistency.
You&rsquo;ll work closely with teammates across content, product, and engineering, and you&rsquo;ll help flag issues, troubleshoot problems, and improve the day-to-day workflow as our tools and systems evolve.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Prepare and process digital assets (ex: SVG, AI, PNG, OTF) so they&rsquo;re compatible with Cricut Design Space and our machines</li><li>
Check content for quality, consistency, and usability in the library</li><li>
Support taxonomy for all our content types (templates, images, projects, fonts, etc.) to support organization and search</li><li>
Assist in guiding fonts through production from development to release, ensuring technical accuracy, strong typography practices, and multilingual support</li><li>
Help identify, troubleshoot, and communicate issues when tools or workflows change</li><li>
Support testing needs for new features or machine launches as assigned</li><li>
Submit clear bug reports and requests to help improve internal tools and processes</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to help the team scale over time</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work</li><li>
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop is a plus)</li><li>
Comfortable learning new tools and adapting in an environment that changes often</li><li>
A collaborative, team-first working style</li><li>
Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Workfront, Jira, etc. is a bonus (not required)</li><li>
Solid troubleshooting mindset (you like figuring out what&rsquo;s wrong and how to fix it or route it)</li><li>
Clear, professional communication (especially in written updates and bug reports)</li><li>
Interest in consumer creativity, crafting, or design (Cricut familiarity is a plus, not required)</li><li>
Willing and able to work onsite in our South Jordan, Utah office four days per week (this is a required part of the role).</li></ul>
