Full-time Crime Scene Cleaner/Biohazard Janitor position cleaning out home attics, basements, hoarding houses, homeless camps, jail facilities, and other high-stress extreme cleaning situations.**MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION**<ul><li>Must be able to enter jail facilities due to contract requirements. (DOJ will be run)</li><li>Have a current CDL and must be 25 or older (due to insurance requirements)</li><li>Live in Contra Costa County</li><li>Good command of the English language. (speak, read and write). Bilingual applicants welcome</li><li>Be able to lift 50 lbs. The job requires, standing, bending, reaching and lifting.</li><li>Have a strong stomach. Be able to work in high-stress situations.</li><li>Be able to work in a respirator and full PPE for long periods. Be able to work in tight areas (attic and crawl space)</li><li>Need to be able to interact with people, work without supervision and solve problems. No prior experience is required.
