You are the face of our brand and the glue that keeps our team whole.Position Overview:As an Assistant General Manager, you will be in charge of providing an exceptional guest experience, be a mentor to the #CRISPCrew, and manage FOH and BOH operations. Ultimately, our AGMs are the absolute best communicators, go-getters, and self-starters out there, working toward developing their own skills to become a General Manager of their own!Assistant General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant</li><li>Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow</li><li>Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Crisp &amp; Green, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders</li><li>Recognize and reward excellent performance</li><li>Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation</li><li>Motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards</li><li>Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail</li><li>Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner</li><li>Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more</li><li>Assist in controlling labor costs and writing and executing an effective schedule</li><li>Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs</li><li>Live and represent the Crisp &amp; Green brand day in and out</li></ul>Job Requirements:Minimum<ul><li>2 years previous management/supervisory experience</li><li>3+ years customer service experience</li><li>Passion for living a healthy life</li><li>Able to lift 50lbs</li><li>Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-pace environment</li><li>Full-time availability with a flexible schedule</li><li>Able to work at least 40-45 hours per week</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Management experience in the restaurant industry</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Drive to grow and advance career with CRISP &amp; GREEN</li></ul>C&amp;G Benefits<ul><li>Competitive wages and performance bonuses</li><li>PTO &amp; Health Benefits</li><li>Opportunity to grow and advance career</li><li>Employee meals and discounts</li></ul>Learn more at www.crispandgreen.com!!Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your general work availability?
