We move fast. Podcast episodes drop twice a week. Campaigns are launching left and right, followed by events, giveaways, and content drops. With this much going on, details can fall through the cracks.</p><p>
Right now, our marketing team is spending too much time chasing down links, resizing social media images, and re-uploading podcast assets instead of focusing on innovative strategies. We&rsquo;re creating incredible content, but without someone to help organize, package, and distribute it consistently, we&rsquo;re missing out on opportunities to drive real growth.</p><p>
That&rsquo;s where you come in.</p><p>
As our Marketing Coordinator, you&rsquo;ll help bring order to the chaos and keep the engine running. You&rsquo;ll contribute to social media and blog workflows, podcast production, and catch the small details that make a big difference. This role is perfect for someone who&rsquo;s hungry to learn, eager to get exposure across a full-stack marketing team, and ready to prove they can execute at a high level.</p><p>

Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><div>
Assist with day-to-day social media execution and management &mdash; including writing and reviewing copy, coordinating approvals, live posting at events, and ensuring brand alignment.</div></li><li><div>
Brainstorm and help bring new organic content ideas to life by writing copy, collaborating with creatives on visuals, and coordinating with other teams to gather and promote content.</div></li><li><div>
Monitor social media comments and escalate as needed to ensure engagement and alignment with brand standards.</div></li><li><div>
Support podcast production by writing show notes, coordinating assets, and assisting with biweekly episode launches.</div></li><li><div>
Help maintain and organize content libraries (Dropbox, Shade, ClickUp) and support ongoing quality control of creative assets.</div></li><li><div>
Support internal campaign execution &mdash; from assisting with paid ads to prepping assets and logistics for large-scale events.</div></li><li><div>
Assist with internal projects such as creating new hire bios, organizing past content into usable repositories, and helping streamline workflows.</div></li><li><div>
Provide general executional and operational support across marketing projects to keep the team moving quickly and efficiently.</div></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><div>
Hands-on experience supporting social media tasks such as copywriting, live posting, and content coordination in a real-world setting.</div></li><li><div>
Strong attention to detail &mdash; able to catch errors, ensure brand consistency, and maintain organized content systems.</div></li><li><div>
Clear, professional communicator &mdash; comfortable collaborating across teams and following through on tasks.</div></li><li><div>
Highly organized and dependable &mdash; able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.</div></li><li><div>
Able to take initiative, ask the right questions, and keep projects moving with minimal hand-holding.</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrates a growth mindset &mdash; eager to learn, open to feedback, and adaptable in a constantly evolving environment.</div></li><li><div>
Familiarity with social media publishing tools like Meta Business Suite, Sprout, or similar platforms is a plus.</div></li><li><div>
Experience with project management or creative asset management platforms like ClickUp or Shade a plus.</div></li><li><div>
At least 1 year of internship or professional experience in a marketing or content support role is preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Bonus: experience supporting podcast, video, or creative production workflows.</div></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
