Job Responsibilities:Qualification : Graduate/PGExperience : 4 to 5 yearsJob Description:Counselling the patient/patient attendantsEnsuring The Pre-Authorization Form To Be Filled By The Concerned Doctor As Per The Prescribed Format With Proper Signature Of The Doctor And The Patient/Patient AttendantsSend the pre-authorization form with relevant documents to the concerned insurance company /TPAUpdate the approval status to the patient / patient attendant Maintain recordsResponsible to counsel the patients with issues pertaining to administrative procedure for availing health insuranceCoordinates with the Insurance companies for admissions and approval.Maintain good relationships with all the TPAs / Insurance Companies and also the doctors internallyHandle all the escalations which are taking longer time than the defined TATDevelop good laisoning officers in reputed Insurance Companies and ensure a smooth approval processComplete verification of the documents before submission to avoid rejections / delays and seek help of the doctor or insurance experts where ever requiredOthers:Any other jobs assigned by superior due to exigencies of work.Note:Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
