POSITION OVERVIEW
</b></p><p>We are seeking a purpose-driven Senior Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare, regulatory science, and/or data-driven initiatives. You will coordinate multi-stakeholder projects across Europe and the US, with emphasis on public-private partnerships, regulatory collaborations, and evidence-generation projects.</p><p>
This role requires both scientific understanding and operational excellence: the ability to bridge technical, regulatory, and stakeholder perspectives to ensure delivery of impactful projects. The Project Manager will report to the Vice President of Global Affairs/Managing Director, Europe and collaborate closely with US operations, partners, and subcontractors.</p><div><div><div><br>

</div><div></div><ul><li>Lead and manage multi-stakeholder projects: Develop and track project plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables, ensuring timely delivery within budget.</li><li>
Budget and financial oversight: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports.</li><li>
Regulatory and grant projects: Support grant proposals, RFP responses (e.g., EMA tenders), and compliance-related activities.</li><li>
Cross-functional leadership: Align clinical, regulatory, data science, and technical teams across organizations to deliver on shared objectives.</li><li>
Stakeholder engagement: Coordinate with patients, developers, academic collaborators, regulatory bodies, and public health partners; facilitate workshops, steering committees, and advisory board interactions.</li><li>
Scientific and technical communication: Draft reports, proposals, publications, and project documentation aligned with regulatory and scientific standards.</li><li>
Mentorship and knowledge building: Share best practices, mentor junior staff, and foster a collaborative culture.</li><li>
Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to C-Path's innovation-driven mission.</li><li>

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</b></p><br>

Organizational excellence: Ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders under strict timelines.</li><li>
Leadership in matrix environments: Comfortable leading without direct authority, aligning diverse teams around shared goals.</li><li>
Outstanding communication: Skilled at preparing concise reports, proposals, and publications, and adapting communication for technical, regulatory, and executive audiences.</li><li>
Stakeholder management: Strong interpersonal skills with experience engaging regulators (e.g., EMA), pharmaceutical partners, and public health agencies.</li><li>
Technical proficiency: Advanced use of MS Project, Jira, monday.com, SharePoint, and Teams; knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools a plus.</li><li>
Adaptability and initiative: Proactive problem solver, comfortable working in a fast-moving and interdisciplinary environment.</li><li>
Expert use of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook</li><li>
Proficient use of standard office meeting/communication software including Zoom or Teams</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
</b></h1><ul><li>Master's degree or higher in biomedical engineering, data sciences, public health, or a related scientific field.</li><li>
7+ years of formal project management experience, ideally in healthcare, regulatory science, or data-driven projects within life sciences.</li><li>
Proven track record managing budgets and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.</li><li>
Experience leading European and international projects, including grant-funded and industry-sponsored initiatives.</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of the drug development lifecycle, regulatory frameworks, and real-world evidence methodologies.</li></ul></div>
