Who You Are:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Cybersecurity Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will develop, write, and manage technical and promotional content focused on cybersecurity, specifically Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and related security solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong writing skills with technical acumen to translate complex cybersecurity concepts&mdash;such as threat detection, SOC operations, AI/ML, and incident response&mdash;into clear, compelling materials that educate, engage, and convert both technical and executive audiences.</div>
What You Will Be Doing?:

Content Creation &amp; Development</b></div><ul><li>
Write, edit, and validate technical and promotional materials, including white papers, battle cards, product sheets, customer case studies, data sheets, and technical briefs focused on MDR and advanced cybersecurity offerings.</li><li>
Develop engaging content for digital platforms such as websites, social media, email campaigns, and other online communications.</li><li>
Create multimedia presentations and assets (slides, infographics, videos) that clearly convey technical capabilities, benefits, and differentiators within the MDR space.</li><li>
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, maintains messaging consistency, and adheres to company standards.</li></ul><div><b>
Technical Writing &amp; Analysis</b></div><ul><li>
Analyze and interpret complex cybersecurity and MDR data to produce accurate, audience-appropriate content.</li><li>
Translate technical specifications into clear, accessible language tailored to various audience segments.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with cybersecurity SMEs, SOC analysts, product managers, and sales engineers to ensure accuracy and thought leadership credibility.</li></ul><div><b>
Visual Content &amp; Design Coordination</b></div><ul><li>
Select and coordinate graphics, images, and visual elements to support and elevate marketing materials.</li><li>
Maintain visual branding consistency and ensure all design elements accurately represent MDR architecture, cybersecurity concepts, and messaging frameworks.</li></ul><div><b>
Content Strategy &amp; Management</b></div><ul><li>
Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials.</li><li>
Review and update existing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and ongoing relevance.</li><li>
Measure content performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.</li></ul>
What You Will Bring?:

Required Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field.</li><li>
5+ years of experience in content marketing, technical writing, or a similar role.</li><li>
Experience creating both technical and promotional content within cybersecurity, MDR, or IT security industries.</li><li>
Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and MDR concepts (e.g., SIEM, SOC, EDR, XDR, incident response).</li><li>
Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to technical accuracy.</li><li>
Ability to analyze and translate technical data into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.</li><li>
Proficiency in grammar, syntax, and style guidelines (e.g., AP Style, Chicago Manual of Style).</li><li>
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms.</li><li>
Familiarity with SEO best practices and web content optimization.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).</li><li>
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><div><b>
Desired Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Experience in cybersecurity, managed detection and response, information technology</li><li>
Familiarity with MDR, SOC operations, and modern detection/response tools</li><li>
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software is a plus.</li><li>
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)</li><li>
Experience with data visualization and infographic creation</li><li>
Understanding of multimedia production and video content creation</li><li>
Certification in technical writing or content marketing and strategy</li></ul>
