We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the networking field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting network-related issues, and assisting clients and internal teams with hardware and software connectivity problems.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide technical support for networking devices such as routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.</li><li>Monitor and troubleshootnetwork performance and ensure minimal downtime.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors or OEMs for network-related escalations.</li><li>Maintain documentation of network configuration and issue resolution.</li><li>Support internal teams and clients via remote or onsite assistance.</li><li>Ensure all systems adhere to company IT policies and security protocols.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 1&ndash;3 years in networking or technical support role.</li><li>Job Type: Permanent, Work from Office</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>
